Logging into the new system with an older User ID
If you registered and created an account from 2020 onwards then use the form below to enter your user ID (this is completely different to your email address) which will enable you on the new system.
Alternatively, if you’ve registered in the past (prior to April 2020) and either need to change the details of that attempt or wish to have another attempt then the new system works slightly differently. The easiest way is to simply create an account by going back one page then selecting the last option in the drop down list. If you are having problems then try the troubleshooting page.
